Discontinued Patterns

Do you carry discontinued patterns?

We sell first quality products and do not offer seconds or discontinued china patterns.

If you are unsure of whether your pattern is still available, please contact us. We are able to special order many patterns as long as they are not discontinued by the manufacturer.

Most gifts may be packaged in our award winning gold gift box for $5.95 each gift. Gift packaging is complimentary on gifts over $500.

Watts offers the finest of the world's luxury crystal brands: Saint Louis, Lalique, Daum, Baccarat, Hoya, Orrefors, Artel, Moser, Varga, Ceska, Waterford, Queen Lace, Salviati, Seguso Viro, William Yeoward, Rosenthal, and countless others.

We also offer casual stemware for those who enjoy setting a less formal table...from glass artists like Annie Morhauser of Annie Glass to Simon Pearce's Neo-Traditional glass accessories and stemware, Watts shows a nearly unlimited array. We like to think we've got the finest display of crystal and glass on the planet!

The considered care of your crystal investment is important to maintaining your maximum enjoyment of each piece.

Care in washing, handling, and drying means that each piece should ideally be washed by hand.

Dishwasher-safe introductions have surged in popularity, and many can be placed in a low-heat setting with non-abrasive cleansers occasionally without damaging the look of your crystal.

We also suggest non-lemon infused cleansers as over time the acidity in the lemon will abrade and etch the crystal, leaving it dull and lifeless. Only an expensive hand-polishing process by a professional can restore these damaged pieces.

Can I set up a registry for myself?

Yes! Please call us or stop by, and one of our consultants will be happy to help you. We offer registries for all occasions, wedding, gift registries, commitment ceremonies, just to name a few. You may either make an appointment or just stop by. Our registry service is completely free, so have some fun creating your wish list.

Returns

What is your return policy?

You may return any unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Personalized items are non-returnable. Enclose your pick ticket with the package and ship prepaid to:

Sales Tax

Will I be charged sales tax?

Please add 5.6% sales tax for deliveries in Milwaukee County; 5.1% in Waukesha, Racine, Ozaukee and Washington Counties; 5% elsewhere in Wisconsin. No tax for shipments outside Wisconsin.

Shipping

How soon will I receive my order?

Your order will usually leave our warehouse within 2 business days if you have asked for standard shipping.

If you've asked for expedited shipping, we will ship either the same or the next business day.

Standard shipping can take from 1 - 5 days depending on the proximity of the package's destination to our warehouse.

Expedited shipping is available, which will guarantee the number of days in transit.
