To start your registry, click the “Gift Registry” link at the top of our home page. Then click “Create Registry”. Select your “Event Type” and enter the date of your event. You can have your registry password-protected so that only your guests with the password will have access to it, or you can choose to have your registry publicly searchable by last name. Enter the contact information of all registrants. You have several options for shipping address - we can ship products to your address, to the address of another person who you select, or we can hold your items at our location until you pick them up. If you choose the third option, please be sure to let us know that you have chosen “Will Call at George Watts” as your shipping option. Your guests will not be charged for any shipping for this option.

- How do I add products to my registry?
The best way to select products for your registry, aside from visiting us in the store, is to browse our website. You can add items to your cart to collect ideas. You can even add items to a Pinterest board. Once you know what you would like to add, you can email your selections to your bridal consultant. If you’re new to the process, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org with “Registry” in the subject line, and we will put you in touch with your personalized consultant.
- What happens if something on my registry is not in stock?
If we happen to be out of stock of a particular item that someone has purchased for you on your registry, you will receive a special order card in the mail letting you know that an item has been purchased for you. As soon as it arrives from the manufacturer, you will receive your item.
- What if I change my mind? How do I remove products from the registry?
You can “Update” your registry at any time by logging in, then selecting “View Your Registry”. You will then see all of the items that you have registered for, and you can remove items or adjust quantities as you wish.
- What happens if an item becomes discontinued after I added it to my registry?
Sometimes our vendors discontinue items that our brides have registered for. If we are unable to obtain an item that you have registered for and that your guest has purchased for you, we will give you the option of getting a store credit for the item, or selecting an alternate item.
- Can my guests still make purchases in the store?
Of course! Your guests can shop the e-commerce registry, call to place an order, or visit us in the store to make purchases from your registry.
- What should I register for?
Traditionally, wedding registries have been for dinnerware, crystal, barware, and giftware. We offer a lot of options in all of these categories. However, you can also register for cookware, cutlery, baking dishes, and even lamps at Watts!
